Some services will be as needed, based on the time of year and need. *Test the water for proper balance *Add chemicals as needed, including: Chlorine, Salt, Soda Ash, Bicarbonate, and Muriatic Acid *Check correct operation of pool equipment *Overall diagnosis of pool *Brush steps, swim outs and walls of pool as needed to clean *Leaf rake or vacuum bottom of pool as needed to clean *Surface skim pool and connected spa as needed to clean *Empty skimmer baskets *Empty pump pot basket *Empty sweep bag and inspect pool cleaner for proper operation *Inspect, maintain and clean pool filter as needed, with two filter cleans per year *Visual inspection of pool equipment for proper operation. *Adjust timer settings for most economical peak performance
